Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 2026
Overview
Welcome to Ukkit. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ukkit. Ukkit operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you — the customer — with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Ukkit is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
To use the Services — including browsing our store or making a purchase — you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.
Section 2 — Our Products
We make every effort to accurately represent our products on the store. However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, and configuration. We do not warrant that product quality or appearance will exactly match what is shown on screen.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, region, or jurisdiction.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ukkit reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until Ukkit accepts it and processes your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting — we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we decline, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, as reflected in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling charges.
Promotional pricing is governed by the terms of that specific promotion. Where there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will apply.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases and to keep it updated so we can process transactions and reach you when needed.
You confirm that: (i) the payment details you provide are correct and complete; (ii) you are authorised to use the payment method provided; (iii) charges will be honoured by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including shipping and applicable taxes.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
For full details on dispatch times, courier partners, tracking, and returns-to-origin, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including but not limited to trademarks, brand identity, text, images, graphics, product designs, audio, and video — is owned by Ukkit or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
Ukkit's name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ukkit. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name and marks are the property of Shopify Inc. All other third-party marks are the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or rights under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Ukkit, Shopify, or any third party beyond what is expressly stated here.
Section 7 — Optional Tools
The Services may include access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or endorsements from us. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of such tools.
Any use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk. Please review the terms of any third-party provider before using their tools.
Section 8 — Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. If you choose to leave our Services and access a third-party site, you do so at your own risk. Any complaints or concerns about third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify
Ukkit is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Ukkit. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Ukkit, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases with Ukkit.
Section 10 — Privacy Policy
All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information about your use of the Services. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and its partners, who may be located in other countries. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Section 11 — Feedback
If you submit any ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback ("Feedback"), you grant Ukkit a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that Feedback for any purpose, including improving and promoting the Services.
You confirm that you own or have the rights to all Feedback you submit, that it complies with these Terms, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. We are under no obligation to maintain your Feedback in confidence, compensate you for it, or respond to it.
We may monitor and remove Feedback that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
Section 12 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel orders if information was inaccurate at the time of placing, without prior notice.
Section 13 — Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon any intellectual property rights
- Harass, defame, or harm any person
- Transmit false, misleading, or unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code that could compromise the Services
- Scrape, copy, or exploit any part of the Services for commercial purposes
- Collect personal information of other users
- Circumvent any security, access control, or authorisation measures on the Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated any part of these Terms.
Section 14 — Agents
14.1 This section applies if you use, enable, or cause any automated software or agent ("Agent") to access or interact with the Services. An Agent means any software that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of a person without direct human supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access the Services unless it identifies itself and operates strictly as set out in Section 14.4. No Agent may access the Services if we have requested it to stop.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical means, whether and how any Agent accesses the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) identify themselves as an Agent in all HTTP/HTTPS requests via the user agent string using the format "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not mimic human behaviour or circumvent CAPTCHAs or human verification measures; (iii) respond truthfully when asked whether interactions are from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent any measure intended to block or control Agent access to the Services.
Section 15 — Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.
Sections covering Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.
Section 16 — Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.
Section 17 — Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UKKIT, ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THEM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Section 18 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ukkit, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim. We may control the defence and settlement of such a claim at your expense but will not settle any claim that requires non-monetary obligations from you without your consent.
Section 19 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
Section 20 — Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ukkit regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
Section 21 — Assignment
You may not transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice to you.
Section 22 — Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Section 23 — Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
