How We Make Your Order

Ukkit operates on a print-on-demand model. Every piece is made specifically for you after your order is placed, no mass production, no dead stock. This means your order goes into production within 2-4 business days of being placed, after which it is dispatched to you.

You'll receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification the moment your order leaves our facility.


Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Metro cities 3–5 business days
Rest of India 5–8 business days
Remote / hilly areas 8–12 business days

These are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, local holidays, courier load). If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at support@ukkit.in and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and the weight of your order. You'll see the exact amount before you pay, no surprises.

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders carry a small additional fee charged by the courier for cash collection and remittance.


Payment Methods & Order Priority

Prepaid orders (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) are prioritised in our production queue and move to printing immediately after placement.

COD orders may go through a quick address verification (call or SMS) before production begins. Orders that remain unverified for more than 48 hours may be cancelled.

COD payouts from delivered orders are remitted to us within 4 days of delivery.


Our Courier Partners

We work with leading Indian logistics providers to get your order to you reliably:

  • Delhivery
  • Xpressbees
  • Shadowfax
  • Amazon Shipping

You will receive a tracking link via SMS once your order is dispatched. If your selected courier is not serviceable at your pincode, an equivalent alternative will be assigned automatically.


Order Tracking

Every dispatched order gets a unique AWB (Air Waybill) number. Use this to track your shipment in real time via the courier's website or the link sent to you by SMS.


Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations are possible before your order moves to the Processing stage. Once printing has started, we are unable to cancel the order.

Address or phone number changes must be requested before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, courier partners do not permit delivery detail changes.

To request a cancellation or change, email us immediately at hello@ukkit.in with your order number.


Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ukkit.in with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

For size exchanges or buyer's remorse returns, please note that because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects.


Failed Deliveries & RTO

If a delivery attempt fails or you are unable to accept the courier, the parcel will be returned to our facility (RTO - Return to Origin). RTO incurs a charge equivalent to the original forward shipping cost, as this is charged to us by the courier.

Once the returned parcel is back with us, you can choose to reship it within 30 days by paying the shipping charges again. Please contact us at hello@ukkit.in to arrange this.

To avoid RTO, ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout and that someone is available to receive the package.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer automated international shipping. If you're outside India and want to place an order, please write to us at hello@ukkit.in and we'll do our best to work something out with you directly.
