Our Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this window, we are unable to accept return requests.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With original tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@ukkit.in with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send anything back without contacting us first — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package.
Damages & Defective Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@ukkit.in with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll evaluate and make it right as quickly as possible.
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom or personalised products — items made to a specific order or design
- Sale items — all discounted products are final sale
- Gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, reach out before requesting a return and we'll clarify.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return what you have and place a new order once your return is approved. We do not do direct swaps — a clean return followed by a fresh purchase keeps things simple and ensures you get exactly what you want without delays.
EU Orders — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification.
The same eligibility conditions apply — item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount to your account — this varies by institution.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, contact us at hello@ukkit.in and we'll look into it immediately.
